SkillsBridge Solutions, led by Dr Geethani Nair, brings 25+ years of experience in vocational education, training, and organisational development. We've worked across diverse sectors — education, manufacturing, financial services, technology, aviation, and government — helping organisations navigate change successfully.

What We Do

We develop training products and provide consulting services that bridge the gap between policy, capability, and practice. Our training products are aligned to recognised national and industry frameworks — including government guidance, VET units of competency, industry certifications, and international digital competency standards — delivering practical workforce development without the overhead of formal accreditation. Our consulting practice uses the COMPASS framework to assess organisational readiness and design targeted solutions.

Our Expertise

Training Product Development: AI governance courses aligned to NAIC guidance and FSO AI units of competency. Cybersecurity awareness programmes mapped to ASD Essential 8. Cloud and technology microskills aligned to industry certifications (AWS, Cisco) and the SFIA framework.

RTO & VET Knowledge: Nearly 25 years at TAFE NSW managing training delivery and compliance. Deep expertise in VET standards, training package mapping, and curriculum development.

Sector Experience: Aviation (Western Sydney International Airport), manufacturing, financial services, retail, healthcare, government, and schools.

Leadership & Advisory: Board roles including Australian Computer Society, Brotherhood of St Laurence, and EdTech startups.
