Refund Policy
1. Overview
SkillsBridge provides professional consulting services and non-accredited training products. This refund policy reflects the nature of our offerings while ensuring compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
2. Training Products
Digital training products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Customised or contextualised training products are non-refundable once development has commenced.
3. Consulting Services
Consulting engagements cancelled before work commences receive a full refund. Engagements cancelled after work has commenced will be invoiced for services delivered to date.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
