1. About Us

SkillsBridge Pty Ltd (ABN 67 693 712 444), trading as SkillsBridge Solutions, provides training products, organisational readiness consulting, capability development, and related professional services.

2. Services

Our services include non-accredited training products aligned to national and industry frameworks, organisational readiness assessment and consulting (powered by COMPASS), online learning design, and specialist advisory services. All consulting engagements are governed by a Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Training Products

Our training products are non-accredited. They do not confer VET qualifications, statements of attainment, or formal credentials. Products are designed with reference to recognised national and industry frameworks (which may include VET units of competency, government guidance, industry certifications, and international digital competency frameworks) for content quality and relevance, but completion does not constitute evidence of competency for regulatory purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All training products, frameworks (including COMPASS), methodologies, and course content remain the intellectual property of SkillsBridge Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in a SOW. Clients receive a licence to use purchased training products within their organisation.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in the applicable SOW or product purchase agreement. All fees are in AUD and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as specified, typically within 14 to 30 days.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
